             Job Description A client in the Pacific Northwest is looking for a Business System Analyst to join their team. This position is direct hire and is a hybrid working environment. For this role we are looking for a Business System Analyst who has experience working with data and agile teams who can use their understanding in the space to gather and write requirements for the Data team. In this role you will be working with both internal stakeholders and external partners and translate business and technical requirements into actionable tasks for this team. In addition you will help define requirements and hand them off to the development team and help support scaling efforts for new greenfield and existing projects. Skills and Requirements • 3-5+ years working as a Business System Analyst, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or BI Analyst • Experience supporting and implementing API, EDI, SFTP, or ETL integration solutions • Experience gathering and writing requirements for data driven solutions • Experience managing a diverse product backlog and associated change control methodologies • Experience with product support triage and ticket queue management • Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid development environments • Ability to query MS SQL Databases to conduct root cause analysis for product support • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to translate ambiguous business requirements into complex analyses, actionable insights, and effective tools Advanced ability to solve problems, analyze alternate solutions and set priorities · Experience working with or supporting integration middleware, i.e. Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, MuleSoft • Experience with Salesforce, D365,etc. • Experience with general software development, i.e. NodeJS/C#/.Net/Python • Familiarity with AI capabilities (automation, agents, monitoring, etc) Experience working with external vendor/contractor resources to develop IT solutions
