             Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join a medical device manufacturing company, leading active implantable product development projects as part of the R&D Hardware Design team. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering and experience leading technical projects through the design verification testing (DVT) phase and the ramp into production volumes; performing bench testing with standard EE lab equipment, coordinating and tracking test investigations, reviewing and summarizing electrical test data and leading failure analysis activities. The primary responsibility for this individual will be to perform PCB design and layout in support of new product development. You will analyze, evaluate, and verify requirements, circuits, and systems using engineering practices, and investigate, research, and select electronic circuits, components, tools, equipment, and practices. Skills and Requirements - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering - Medical Device background 5+ years of experience - Experience in product development with a focus on the electrical Design Verification Testing (DVT) phase. - Proficient in data analysis using tools such as Minitab, JMP, and Microsoft Excel. - Medical device background - Implantable device experience - PCB layout experience ideally using Altium software
