    Job Description

    Serves as the technical leader for the Collibra workstream in the IDEAS data governance accelerator program. Designs and delivers the user-facing data marketplace for 40–50 domains and thousands of users. Ensures enterprise-scale platform design, prevents costly rework, and maintains an aggressive delivery timeline.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Collibra Architect or Developer certification

     

    5+ years hands-on Collibra implementation (2+ enterprise-scale deployments)

     

    Expert knowledge of Collibra Data Intelligence Platform (Operating Model, metamodel, workflow, API integration, Edge deployment, performance tuning)

     

    BPMN 2.0 workflow design, JavaScript/Groovy for business rules

     

    RESTful API integration, event-driven architectures

     

    Data governance frameworks, metadata management, data classification, lineage tracking

     

    Experience integrating Collibra with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), healthcare data security/compliance

     

    Proven technical leadership and communication skills Collibra in GCP environments

     

    Google DLP API, Terraform/IaC practices

     

    Agile/Scrum methodologies

     

    Change management and user adoption strategies

     

    Data mesh/data fabric architecture

     

    Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification

     

    Automated testing frameworks for workflow validation
