    Job Description

    We are seeking a Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis Engineer 4 to provide advanced MS&A support for Department of Defense strategies, plans, operations, and assessments. This role involves developing and refining analytical models, simulations, and tools to integrate space warfighting capabilities into future digital engineering ecosystems. Responsibilities include capturing requirements for existing tools like AFSIM or EADSIM, creating new modeling applications, and improving usability through GUI enhancements. The position requires expertise in mission research, data analysis, and formulating mathematical models to support decision-making. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and clarify objectives. Additional duties include analyzing operational and technical inputs, producing recommendations for senior leaders, and briefing high-level stakeholders.     Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, modeling and simulation, operations research, or a related field (Master’s degree highly preferred).

     

    - 8+ years of system design experience, including hardware/software integration.

     

    - Active TS/SCI clearance required.

     

    - Strong understanding of military space operations, including SDA, C2, SATCOM, PNT, OPIR, ISR, MW, OSC, DSC, and Missile Defense.

     

    - Prior modeling and simulation (M&S) and staff experience with CCMD, MAJCOM, HHQ, Joint Staff, or OSD highly desired.

     

    - Proficiency in programming languages or statistical tools such as R, Python, MATLAB, SAS, JAVA, JMP, Excel VBA, STORM, SEAS, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SPSS, PSPP, and SymPy.

     

    - Demonstrated expertise in analytic tool development and assessment, with strong quantitative and analytical skills for data integration and analysis.
