             Job Description The Director of Digital Enablement plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s digital transformation strategy. This leadership position is responsible for driving the adoption and optimization of digital tools—including Salesforce and AI-driven solutions— and implementation of new tools, across the Commercial team and adjacent functions. The Director will lead cross-functional engagement efforts to solicit input, uncover pain points, and co-create scalable digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency, commercial effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. This role is not confined to IT execution but is deeply embedded in business strategy, requiring a strong understanding of commercial processes and a visionary approach to change management. The Director will serve as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that digital initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and embraced across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Enablement • Define and execute a comprehensive digital enablement roadmap aligned with commercial priorities and enterprise objectives. • Lead the deployment, enhancement, and adoption of Salesforce and other digital platforms to improve productivity, data visibility, and customer engagement. • Translate business needs into digital capabilities by partnering with IT, product, and analytics teams. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform digital strategy and roadmap. Cross-Functional Engagement • Act as a strategic liaison between the commercial team and adjacent functions (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to gather input, identify pain points, and co-create digital solutions. • Facilitate workshops, listening sessions, and feedback loops to ensure digital tools are tailored to real-world workflows and challenges. • Build a coalition of champions across departments to accelerate adoption and foster a culture of digital fluency. Change Management & Adoption • Develop and lead change management strategies that drive behavioral shifts and long-term adoption of digital tools. • Design and deliver training programs, enablement materials, and communication plans that support user onboarding and ongoing engagement. • Monitor adoption metrics, user satisfaction, and business impact to continuously refine enablement efforts. Performance & Impact • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital enablement initiatives and report progress to senior leadership. • Identify and mitigate risks to adoption, including resistance to change, process misalignment, or technical barriers. • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform future enablement strategies. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience leading digital transformation and enablement initiatives, ideally within a commercial or customer-facing organization. • Deep understanding of Salesforce solutions and other enterprise digital platforms. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing across functions and levels. • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools. • Excellent change management skills. • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for driving meaningful business outcomes through technology. - Digital consulting background highly preferred
