Job Description
As a trusted advisor, this individual should be self-motivated and create and maintain effective customer relationships as to ensure customer satisfaction. This will be done by providing firsthand resolution to technical highly complex in technical malfunctions in Indigo Printers. This individual should maintain knowledge of leading-edge technologies and actively contribute to HP’s technical knowledge portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge, to methodologies based on experience gained from customer engagement. Pay is between 30-37/hr, depending on experience.
