    Job Description

    An Insight Global customer is seeking to hire a Maintenance Manager to support a new manufacturing facility they are launching in the eastern United States. This person will oversee a team of 15-20 engineers and technicians and is responsible for equipment maintenance in the facility. This is a high tech, high volume, 24/7 manufacturing facility and this person will be in charge of managing a budget of $20-$30 million of parts, spares, labor, and other supply chain considerations. This person will be responsible for developing, scheduling and executing a preventative maintenance plan for tools that construct the metal, glass and adhesive components of advanced electronics. The equipment this team will be working on will require prior knowledge of electro/mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (conveyors, pick and place, pumps, conveyors, etc.) This is a full-time role that will pay between $97,500 and $139,000 annually, but exact compensation may vary based on education and experience.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    At least 10 years of equipment maintenance experience such as a background in skilled trades, or maintenance/repair on electro/mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

     

    At least 5 years of plant leadership experience over equipment maintenance teams.

     

    Experience with developing and implementing a preventative maintenance plan for high-volume, high technology manufacturing facilities.

     

    Experience with CMMS tools such as Oracle, MAXIMO, etc. Bachelor's or Associate's degree in an engineering or science discipline.
