Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Report Execution:

Run a critical daily report from a centralized Master Sheet in Excel, generating a to-do list for a designated workgroup.

• Time Zone Coordination:

Deliver reports by 6:15 AM EST or coordinate with stakeholders across time zones to ensure timely delivery and alignment.

• Task Provisioning:

Translate report outputs into actionable task lists for the workgroup, ensuring clarity and prioritization.

• Excel Management & Integrity:

Maintain and safeguard shared Excel documents, monitor for unauthorized edits, and implement controls to preserve data integrity.

• Automation & Optimization:

Use VBA and other tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency.

• Power BI Reporting:

Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to support operational insights and reporting needs.

• Palantir Foundry Development:

Lead the migration of reporting logic and workflows from Excel to Palantir Foundry. Build pipelines, define data models, and create operational dashboards to support the workgroup’s daily needs.

• Leadership Representation:

Represent the Director in meetings and calls, clearly articulating and defending current processes, methodologies, and reporting strategies to internal and external stakeholders.

• Order Writing & System Integration:

Draft and finesse order entries, ensuring they are accurately written and successfully integrated into internal systems.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA

• Strong experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboard development

• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including pipeline and workflow development

• Background in network engineering or related technical field

• Experience coordinating across multiple time zones

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to represent leadership in high-stakes discussions

• Experience with order writing and system integration

• Familiarity with automation techniques and tools Pay Rate - $50
