Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a to support a high-visibility infrastructure improvement project in Washington, D.C. This individual will help oversee multiple workstreams (construction, design, outreach) and support daily program execution. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility position where this individual will be expected to maintain a command presence, lead under pressure, and demonstrate strong ownership of deliverables. Construction-related crises or emergency repairs can occur outside normal working hours.
• Serve as daily operational lead across program workstreams.
• Oversee and coordinate activities between design, construction, and outreach divisions.
• Directly engage with client and council-level stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Provide rapid, informed responses to client inquiries or emergent field issues.
• Support and mentor division leads, ensuring accountability and quality across all task areas.
• Develop and track program metrics, progress reports, and risk assessments.
• Support planning for future program phases and contribute to strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate closely with construction teams and external contractors to ensure worksite efficiency and safety.

Skills and Requirements
• 15+ YOE with a minimum 5–7 years in program management.
• Large-scale utility, pipeline, or infrastructure programs—ideally involving lead service line projects.
o Experience with construction sequencing, permitting, and contractor & community coordination.
• Engineering Consulting background—General Contracting will not suffice.
• BS in Civil, Environmental, or Construction Engineering (or related discipline). • Professional Engineering (PE) License
• Familiarity with DC municipal permitting, regulations, and public works contracting.
