    Job Description

    Our client is looking for a skilled and proactive SRE/ Devops Engineer to support and enhance the reliability, performance, and compliance of application-specific services. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of application operations, including deployment, monitoring, incident response, automation, and stakeholder communication. As a SRE/ Devops Engineer, you will work in small, highly collaborative teams and will apply experience and creativity to ensure availability and stability for our clients in our Treasury application space. This is a contract to hire position offering $55/hr. based on experience.

    Skills and Requirements

    A minimum of 5+ years of broad and relevant engineering experience in application operations, DevOps, or site reliability engineering is essential

     

    CICD Integration with GitHub

     

    Experience pushing models through release

     

    Experience ensuring scripting is done correctly from initial release to integration

     

    Kubernetes- microservices

     

    Experience in SQL - reviewing log

     

    Scripting tool such as Bash, python, etc.

     

    Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. In depth knowledge of microservices

     

    Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native technologies, and infrastructure-as-code practices is highly desirable.
