Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Executive Assistant to support Legal Leaders in a contract-to-hire opportunity. Candidates must have experience supporting Legal SVPs or C-suite executives (including CEOs), with exposure to Board-level operations. This includes setting up and proctoring board meetings and presentations. Prior experience in a public company environment is essential.
-Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting logistics.
-Own and manage complex Outlook calendars, proactively resolving conflicts and optimizing schedules.
-Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, media contacts, and strategic partners.
-Prepare agendas and materials for recurring meetings, including weekly check-ins, bi-weekly team syncs, and annual planning sessions.
-Anticipate executive needs and offer thoughtful solutions—whether it’s adjusting schedules, streamlining workflows, or improving meeting prep.
-Learn and navigate internal systems quickly; most work is done in O365 and Oracle. Must be technology-savvy
-Coordinate and support Board-level activities, including scheduling, logistics, and presentation preparation for board meetings.

Skills and Requirements
-5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Executive Administrator role.
-Experience supporting Legal SVPs, CEOs, or other senior leaders with Board exposure.
-Demonstrated success in a public company environment.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
-Excellent communication skills—warm, personable, and confident enough to push back when needed.
-Comfortable in a fast-paced culture; quick on your feet and able to “read the room.”
-Tech-savvy and resourceful—always looking for ways to work smarter, not harder.
