    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead a ERP migration project. This initiative involves replacing Microsoft Dynamics 365’s deprecated PSA module with Project Operations (PO). The role will require coordination across two vendors—one with deep business process knowledge and another focused on technical migration and PO configuration.

     

    The candidate will be responsible for consolidating project plans, managing internal tasks and milestones, and ensuring seamless execution across all stakeholders. This is a Waterfall-driven project with Agile pockets, requiring a PM who can navigate both methodologies effectively.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Experience managing ERP or enterprise software projects

    • Strong Waterfall project management skills

    • Familiarity/Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

    • Ability to consolidate multi-vendor plans and manage milestones

    • Skilled in stakeholder, resource, and risk management

    • Proficient in reporting, budgeting, and invoice tracking

    • Exceptional attention to detail

    Status reporting capabilities (timeline, budget, and scope) • Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira (Ideally Azure)

    • Prior involvement in ERP module migrations

    • Understanding of security and permissions in enterprise systems

    • Experience coordinating multiple vendors
