Skills and Requirements Must-Haves • Experience: 8–12 years of quota-carrying success (flexible to 6+ for exceptional talent) • Quota Attainment: Proven 100%+ quota achievement • Deal Size: Closed 6–7 figure, multi-stakeholder deals • Industry Expertise: Cybersecurity (very specific—wants someone with 5+ years in cybersecurity) • C-Suite Engagement: CISOs, CIOs, CFOs, BU leaders Pluses • Platform Sales: Transitioning customers from point solutions to integrated platforms Channel Alignment: Experience with VAR models, OEM co-selling, distributor ecosystems
