    Job Description

    An employer in the insurance industry is seeking a Mid-Sr. level IT Project Manager to join their fully remote team. This person will lead the delivery of a high volume of internal web projects from inception through compliance and launch. This Project manager will own the early-stage delivery process, and will work closely with business units and internal stakeholders to manage multiple concurrent site builds. As the liaison between stakeholders and the Product Delivery Team, they will translate business needs into actionable plans, apply Agile methodologies in a scaled environment to drive collaboration, and leverage AI tools, including language models, to enhance workflows and decision-making. This person will coordinate meetings and documentation, maintain project records, and update task boards in tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    4-7 years of Project Management experience

     

    Proven experience supporting web-based projects.

     

    Experience working in a SAFE environment.

     

    Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira as PM tools.

     

    Familiarity with AI tools, including prompt engineering and leveraging language models

     

    Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working in the insurance industry.
