As a Powder Engineering Intern, youll work with cutting-edge equipment and processes to advance powder flow, quality, and process capabilityfrom atomization to AM print trials.

What Youll Work On

You may be assigned to one of the following technical focus areas:

Ni Powder & Process Optimization

+ Study how key process equipment impact powder production.

+ Analyze the effect of powder flow characteristics and stability.

+ Work in the Additive Manufacturing (AM) lab to develop 3D print parameters for new or experimental powder alloys.

+ Support process improvement initiatives for powder atomization systems

+ Evaluate and recommend equipment solutions for scaling up large-volume powder manufacturing.
