Key Responsibilities
• Administer payroll and employee benefits programs with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update employee records within Dayforce (Ceridian HRIS) and related systems.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Serve as a trusted HR contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR, accounting, and operations teams to support audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding, open enrollment, and employee communication processes as needed.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, or HR operations strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems (Dayforce experience a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and customer service skills.
