**Location:** 600 Courtland Street, Orlando, FL 32804 Will Travel to clinics in the following countries: St. Johns, Flagler, and Volusia Counties
**The community you'll be caring for:** AdventHealth East Florida Division Ambulatory Service
When you join our team of over 45 Outpatient Clinics across Central Florida, you will be part of a winning team of experts dedicated to whole-person care to help our patients heal, strengthen and renew.
_The_ **_East Florida Division_** _consists of two regions and 7 campuses, more than 170 team members, and 11 clinics, with over half offering multi-specialty programs._
+ **_Atlantic Coastal Region:_** _Flagler, St. Johns, and East Volusia Counties_
+ **_Lakes Region:_** _West Volusia, North Lake, and South Sumter Counties_
The role you'll contribute:
Responsible for overseeing the clinical and business office operations of multiple outpatient centers, programs, disciplines, and rehab-related activities. This position supports implementation of aligned processes and quality initiatives to establish standardized clinical care and consistent delivery of brand promises. Additionally, this role manages program development, human resources matters, revenue and expenses, standards of practice, policies and procedures, and performance improvement initiatives. In addition, this position actively participates in outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all. Ensures efficient and effective operations across all areas of Sports Med and Rehab.

Promotes positive behaviors that improve interactions with patients, families, visitors, physicians, vendors, and staff.
Responds to customer needs to ensure effective care and service delivery.
Contributes to hospital, department, and community initiatives, including special programs like network integrity pathways and residencies. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accrediting bodies' standards, including Joint Commission, CMS, AHCA, OSHA, DNV, and discipline-specific practice acts.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:
+ Strong customer service skills and strong human relation skills [Required]
+ Knowledge and implementation of rehabilitation related practice activities [Required]
+ Basic computer skills to include Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Windows [Required]
+ Bachelor's [Required]
+ 1 Healthcare Leadership experience [Required]
+ 5 Healthcare experience [Required]
+ Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
