             Job Title Property Tax Analyst Job Description Summary The Property Tax Analyst provides analytical and administrative support to the Cushman & Wakefield Property Tax Services team. This role assists in managing property tax assessments and appeals, collecting and analyzing data, preparing client deliverables, and maintaining accurate tracking of filings and deadlines. The position is ideal for a candidate with a foundational understanding of real estate valuation or finance who is eager to grow into a consulting role within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Job Description Key Responsibilities + Research and compile property assessment data and market information. + Collect and organize financial statements, rent rolls, and comparable sales data. + Assist in the preparation of valuation analyses using cost, income, and market approaches. + Prepare and submit property tax returns and supporting documentation under supervision. + Maintain internal databases, ensuring timely tracking of appeal filings, deadlines, and jurisdictional requirements. + Support preparation of client deliverables, including summaries, reports, and savings analyses. + Communicate with local jurisdictions to verify assessment and tax data. + Provide administrative and analytical support for appeal and compliance activities. + Assist senior team members in special projects, research initiatives, and client communications. Qualifications + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. + **Experience:** 0–3 years of experience in real estate valuation, property tax, or financial analysis. Internship experience in a related field preferred. + **Technical Skills:** + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. + Exposure to Argus Enterprise, CoStar, or similar data tools is a plus. + Familiarity with property valuation concepts and property tax terminology preferred. + **Other:** Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; strong written and verbal communication skills. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
