Embroidery Tech Associate Location: Dubuque, IA

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM

Wage: $18 / hour

Are you skilled with your hands and have an eye for detail? Our client, a local printing shop in Dubuque, IA, is looking for an Embroidery Tech Associate to join their team! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate embroidery machines to personalize apparel and accessories

• Set up and adjust designs for accurate stitching

• Thread machines, change needles, and troubleshoot as needed

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with embroidery machines is preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a 5-panel drug screen

• Reliable transportation to and from work
