Cleaning and Maintenance Support

**Location:** Dubuque IA / Downtown

**Wage** : $15/hour

Full or Part time

1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

**Position Summary:** A local hotel is looking for cleaning support to work as needed (mostly weekends), able to work with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for their guests.

Responsibilities:

+ Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing

+ Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards

+ Maintaining equipment: Cleaning and maintaining equipment, such as mirrors, glass doors, and lights

+ Notify superiors on any damages and deficits

+ Greeting guests, making them feel welcome, and addressing their needs

+ Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate

+ Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

Qualifications:

+ Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

+ Customer-oriented and friendly

+ Prioritization and time management skills

+ Working quickly without compromising quality
