    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Carpentry CNC Operators** for projects located in and around **Fort Lauderdale, FL** . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **up to $30/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Operate, Program, and Maintain CNC Routers and Related Equipment to Ensure Efficient and Accurate Production of Cabinet Components

    + Produce Parts According to Design Specifications

    + Perform Quality Checks and Ensure Precision in all Machined Components

    + Assist with Cabinetry Assembly, as needed, to Ensure Project Completion

    + Set up, Operate, and Maintain AES CNC Machinery, HOMAG Edgebander, to Produce Cabinet Parts to Specified Tolerances

    + Load and Optimize Cut Files, Tool Paths, and Nesting Programs for each job

    + Inspect Materials and Finished Parts to Verify Quality and Dimensional Accuracy

    + Perform Routine Preventative Maintenance on CNC Machines, including Cleaning, Lubrication, and Basic Repairs

    + Collaborate with Design and Production Teams to Resolve Issues related to Materials, Programming, or Assembly Fit

    + Maintain a Safe and Organized Work Environment, Following Shop Safety Procedures and Protocols

    Requirements:

    + Able to Read and Interpret Cabinet Shop Drawings, Cut Lists, and CAD Files

    + Bilingual is a Plus

    + Familiarity with Mozaik Software is a Plus
