**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Facilities Maintenance Technicians** for projects located in **Fort Belvoir, VA** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **up to $37/hour** based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

+ Assist with a hospital-wide equipment inventory and preventive maintenance assessment project

+ Identify and log various HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment into the RIES system

+ Inspect and document equipment conditions and operational status

+ Record findings and assist in developing preventive maintenance schedules

+ Support facility staff with tagging, organizing, and verifying asset data

+ Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

+ 3+ years of experience identifying and inspecting HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

+ Strong attention to detail and basic computer/data entry skills

+ Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

+ Must pass background check
