As an **IT Infrastructure Analyst** , you’ll design, implement, and support enterprise-grade systems that power critical industrial operations. Your expertise will directly impact reliability, security, and modernization across generation technology assets. Key Responsibilities: + **Design & Implement Virtualization:** Lead enterprise VMware deployments ensuring high availability and performance. + **Firewall Architecture:** Integrate and configure Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, and advanced security policies for industrial networks. + **Systems Administration:** Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, patching, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery. + **Security Collaboration:** Work with Cyber Security Services to enforce robust security strategies across infrastructure layers. + **Technology Evaluation:** Recommend emerging technologies for infrastructure modernization and compliance. + **Project Leadership:** Drive infrastructure projects, manage tickets, and deliver executive-level reporting. + **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to NERC CIP standards. Required Qualifications: + **Experience:** + 8+ years with VMware virtualization stacks (deployment, support, troubleshooting). + Proven expertise in Palo Alto firewall configuration and security policy management. + Strong background in Active Directory and Windows Server administration. + **Skills:** + Full-stack technology support from network infrastructure to business applications. + Ability to travel to generation facilities as needed. + **Licenses:** + Valid driver’s license and completion of safety courses (personal transportation required).
