We are seeking a **Senior Software Engineer in Test** , specialized in automated testing within the .NET environment. You will focus on creating and maintaining automated tests to ensure the quality of web applications. Your role will involve both automation and manual testing to cover a broad range of test scenarios. You will work closely with various teams to align test strategies with business requirements. Responsibilities

+ Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Playwright

+ Perform UI testing to validate layout, responsiveness, and user interactions across multiple browsers and devices

+ Conduct manual and exploratory testing to identify usability issues and edge cases (20–40% manual testing)

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and test strategies

+ Analyze test results, log defects, and track issues to closure using tools like Azure DevOps

Requirements

+ 6–8 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on UI, automation, and manual/functional testing

+ Hands-on experience with Playwright (.Net) or similar automation frameworks

+ Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and browser behavior

+ Experience with manual and functional testing of web applications

+ Experience with test management tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps)

+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
