Job Summary: Drive the strategic vision and hands-on execution of digital experiences that power online parts sales. Champion cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions that are user-focused, forward-thinking, and aligned with core business objectives. What You Will Do: + Define and drive the UX vision for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. + Lead end-to-end design efforts, from discovery and research through wireframes, prototypes, and final implementation. + Manage a global team of up to 20 designers + Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions. + Establish and evolve UX standards, design systems, and best practices across teams and projects. + Mentor and guide UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity, inclusion, and continuous improvement. + Advocate for the user by championing usability testing, accessibility, and data-driven design decisions. + Monitor and evaluate the impact of UX initiatives, using feedback and analytics to refine and optimize experiences. + Experience designing for WCAG Accessibility AA compliance. User Experience Design Expert in designing intuitive, engaging, and business-aligned user experiences across platforms. Expert Level: * Evaluates business impact of UX alternatives. * Shares insights on UX evolution and trends. * Leads desktop vs. mobile UX strategy. * Guides site mapping, typography, and navigation decisions. * Integrates UX into software development processes. * Balances user needs with business and marketing goals. User Interface Design Expertise in crafting effective graphical interfaces that enhance usability and information delivery. Expert Level: * Develops comprehensive UI guides covering layout and usability. * Collaborates with engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders. * Assesses business impact with design choices. * Architects platform-level design strategies. * Translates design trends into formal specifications.
