    Overview

     

    We are looking for a **Manager, Finance** to join our team.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist Finance Director with all aspects of budgeting, actual reporting and analyzing

    performance of the region

    • Review budget and actual reporting packages submitted by local offices. Verify accuracy.

     

    Identify issues. Investigate variances.

     

    • Create accurate financial reports, analyses and reconciliations to support management

    strategic decision-making

    • Collaborate with various finance and operation teams to prepare / review analysis of

     

    business performance, budget and actual.

     

    • Prepare / review regional reports / PowerPoint presentation to Management.

    • Identify issues, summarize action plan to resolve

    • Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures

    • Assist with Internal and External Audit schedules and queries

    • Support other special projects as directed or determined on own initiative

    Qualifications

    • Must have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

    • Approximately 5+ years’ experience in corporate finance or audit

    • CPA and Public Big 4 experience preferred but not required

    • Strong analytical ability

    • Organized and detail oriented

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Able to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast pace environment under pressure

    • Dependable and flexible to work overtime to meet tight deadlines

    • Comprehension of Finance and Accounting principles including GAAP, GAAS, IFRS, Revenue

     

    Recognition, Accrual Accounting, Budget and Profitability analysis, Variance Analysis, and

     

    Financial Reporting.

     

    • Familiarity using financial reporting (HFM) and accounting (SAP)

    • Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word and Power Point

    • Comply with Company work in office policy – currently Hybrid 3 days in office per week.

    Compensation Range: $70.43 - $110.80 hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
