    Position Summary...

     

    Join the Walmart Connect Retail Strategy and Operations team as a dynamic team player that is passionate about numbers and likes to use data to tell stories and make an impact. In this role, you will be managing data and analytics for a newly formed team inside of the Walmart Connect Sales team.

     

    What you'll do...

     

    + Is the source of truth for RSO team- ensuring numbers are aligned with WMC Sales Strategy team, WMC Finance, and WMC Business Operations team.

    + Creates dynamic reports including visualizations for RSO slides for weekly Sales Weekly Business Review (WBR) and bi-weekly Stores WBR

    + Responsible for ensuring correct data for bi-weekly Sales and Stores WBR

    + Owns pipeline and sales analytics for in-store products

    + Creates actionable insights from in-store sales data

    + Sets goals and monitors sales pitch activity for in-store products

    + Leverages experiential execution data to provide actionable insights based on trends

    + Creates targeted pitch and opportunity advertiser list for in-store ad products

     

    What you'll bring...

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or operations

    + 4+ years of analytics experience

    + Experience using Microsoft Tools and Systems; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + SQL experience

    + Experience with large data sets

    + Experience with Salesforce

    Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

     

    Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
