What you'll do...
Our Supply Chain team is the backbone of our business, ensuring products move seamlessly from suppliers to stores. We collaborate across functions to deliver on sales, in-stock, and profit goals, while championing process improvements and operational excellence. As a Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategies that support our company’s growth and customer promise. Lead the transformation of our fulfillment and reverse logistics network. This is your opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, scale complex programs, launches and expand fulfillment capabilities to meet evolving customer needs across one of the world’s largest retail networks. **This is a role based in Bentonville, AR,** a full relocation package is available, but we are not considering remote candidates at this time. **What You’ll Do:**
• Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale network projects and launches across the Fulfillment and Reverse Supply Chain.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—including engineering, operations, HR, IT, and finance—to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality program execution.
• Develop and implement standardized program formats to align stakeholders and drive accountability.
• Create deployment playbooks and new KPIs to measure and achieve desired project outcomes.
• Present program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Champion continuous improvement and governance across all program phases. **What You’ll Bring:**
• Experience in program management, supply chain, or operations.
• Proven success managing large-scale facility launch programs.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, high-impact projects.
• Familiarity with network strategy, analytics, and digital transformation.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 5 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 7 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
3 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
