About Workforce Intelligence & Insights Team** The Workforce Intelligence & Insights team at Walmart is dedicated to harnessing the power of data to drive strategic decisions and enhance our people and talent management processes. This role is pivotal in advancing our strategy for scalable people analytics solutions, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of our People initiatives. By joining our team, you will contribute to our mission of building a data-driven culture that supports Walmart's goals. **What you’ll do: + Lead the execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to ensure performance goals are met, with an initial focus on Talent Acquisition analytics products. + Collaborate with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership. + Drive continuous process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy. + Analyze program performance using key metrics and recommend adjustments to optimize results, cost-effectiveness, and the delivery of actionable insights. + Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance service and product capabilities, particularly in the areas of data, analytics, and new technologies (AI/Agents). + Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
