Job description
Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare items for shipment. Duties include receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for the transportation of products.
Summary of Duties:
• Receive materials and input information into Royal IV system according to the purchase order.
• Data entry into various applications Excel, Microsoft word, Royal IV.
• Accurate documentation of all transactions.
• Ensure materials are released from customs and are received on time.
• Deliver all necessary material to internal departments with a fork-lift.
• Loading and unloading of merchandise when delivered.
• Dispose of used/unused materials/waste.
• Problem solve and trouble shoot problems and issues with shipments and purchase orders.

Qualifications:
LEVEL 1:
Education: High School Graduate
Experience:
• 0-1 years' experience
• 1 year data entry or comparable experience
• Forklift certified
Computer Skills:
• MS Windows. Microsoft Office Environment, basic knowledge of Excel
• Basic experience in part tracking system (ex: Royal IV)
Preferred Skills (not required):
• warehouse environment-manufacturing experience
• Intermediate excel usage/knowledge
• Basic knowledge of MRP systems
Description: Entry-level position within field.
LEVEL 2:
Education: High School Graduate
Experience:
• 2-3 years' experience
• 1 year data entry or comparable experience
• Forklift certified
Computer Skills:
• MS Windows. Microsoft Office Environment, basic knowledge of Excel
• Basic experience in part tracking system (ex: Royal IV)
• Basic knowledge of MRP systems
Preferred Skills (not required):
