    Position Summary:

    Reporting to the Vice Present, Business Development and Sales instED, the Sales Senior Manager this role is critical to instED’s mission to deliver innovative, patient-centered care and exceed revenue targets.

     

    The Sales Senior Manager will drive strategic growth across new and existing markets, identifying and securing partnerships with payers, providers, ACOs, MIH programs, and other key stakeholders. This role leads the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contracting—and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure successful execution. Responsibilities include CRM development, campaign strategy, conference participation, and up to 40% travel to support market expansion.

     

    instED is transforming how urgent care is delivered by bringing high-quality services directly to patients’ homes—reducing unnecessary Emergency Department visits and improving access to care. As healthcare systems face rising costs and limited capacity, instED offers a scalable solution that meets patients where they are.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Lead strategic pipeline development across new and existing markets, identifying and cultivating opportunities aligned with ideal customer profiles (ICPs) including payers, providers, ACOs, MIH partners, and strategic referral networks.

    + Design and execute targeted sales campaigns—both warm and cold—leveraging marketing enablement to drive market saturation and engagement.

    + Contribute to CRM strategy and execution, ensuring data integrity, usability, and alignment with sales workflows and reporting needs.

    + Represent the organization at industry conferences and events, managing all related logistics, engagement strategies, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to refine product-market fit, incorporating market feedback into sales strategy and product development.

    + Travel up to 40% to support business development, relationship-building, and market expansion efforts.

    + Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and quotas through a consultative and adaptive approach to selling.

    + Contribute to a fast-paced, agile environment by driving continuous improvement in sales

    Required Education (must have):

    + Bachelors or equivalent experience required

    Required Experience (must have):

    + 3+ years leading sales operations with emphasis on new market development, sales cycle optimization, and CRM strategy.

    + 2+ years supporting sales enablement functions, including onboarding, reporting, and technology implementation to drive team productivity.

    Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (must have):

    + Proven experience building and scaling sales operations in emerging markets

    + Strong understanding of sales cycle management, pipeline development, and performance tracking

    + Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), including reporting, forecasting, and process optimization

    + Experience implementing and managing sales technology and vendor platforms to support growth

    + Skilled in developing onboarding and enablement programs to accelerate sales team productivity

    + Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools

    + Ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence in a fast-paced environment

    + Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to driving sales effectiveness

    Compensation Range/Target:** **$116,080 - $174,120

     

    Commonwealth Care Alliance takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
