Summary of the Job: Enterprise Risk Management Internship Program is a 12 week developmental program designed to provide current college students with exposure to Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity disciplines within the Financial Services industry. The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Program Requirements + Enrolled college student working towards college degree in Business, Public Administration, Emergency Management, or Business Continuity. Recent college graduates with similar degrees may also be considered. + Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher after sophomore year + Possess leadership skills + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office + Ability to multitask and adapt to a professional environment Timeframe + Applications: November/December + Candidate Selection: December + Program Start: January 2026 + Program Duration: 12 weeks, full-time (with option to extend part-time through school year, when applicable) Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. Work Environment: It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
