We are looking for a talented Millwright to join our team! Thisposition will bebased at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

+ Perform a wide variety of assignments, including, but not limited to; Machine Repair, Machine Installation, Rigging, Basic Machining, Pipefitting, Metalwork/ Fabrication and Welding.

+ Perform all operationsin accordance withthe specified guidelines and instructions, while exercisingsafetyfor oneself and others.

+ Working conditionsinclude:Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise,heightsand confined spaces.

+ Physical Requirements: Bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 40 pounds or more.

+ Working from drawings, plant layouts, or verbal orders, perform a wide variety of fabrication assignments,operatinga variety of power equipment and machinery.

+ Mustbe proficient in the use of all measuring instruments to layout, check and verify all dimensions and tolerances.

+ Maintenance and repair of all machinery,equipmentand facilities.

+ Assistor perform all operations necessary to rig, move alltypeof machines and equipment for new installation or intra-plant layout changes.

+ Assistall other trades in all shapes of structural operations and in the dismantling andreassembleof structures and machines requiring repair or installation.

+ Perform set-up and all position welding on a diversified line of weldments and structures involving a variety of parts and assemblies using a variety of welding equipmente.g.gas, arc,mig, and tig.

+ Set-up, adjust and proficientlyoperatethe machines including, but not limited to; Lathes, Drills, Mill and Surface Grinders,requiredto perform the assigned operations, on a variety of work requiring close tolerances and finish.

+ Perform all operations necessary to assemble,installandmaintainpiping and piping systems. Proficientlyoperatea wide variety of tools and equipment.

+ Able to read, interpret and use blueprints, drawings, sketches, and measurements.

+ Be capable of using Computerized Maintenance Management software to create work notifications,look-upand order parts, print work orders, and enter time confirmations.

+ Practice and follow all required safety regulations.

Key Qualifications

+ Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.

+ Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.

+ Mustbe at least 18 years old.

+ High School diploma/GEDrequired.

+ Technicaldiploma is desired.

+ Must complete a written technical skills evaluation and receive a passing score on the STM (Standard Timing Model) assessment.

+ Must also be capable of operating a fork truck.

+ Must provideowntools.
