**Competitive Compensation:** Starting at $32.00per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift and Weekend Shifts.
**Shifts Needed** :
+ 2 nd Shift Monday – Friday 2:30pm – 11:00am

We are looking for Maintenance II in our Faucets Facility. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
+ Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment
+ Basic electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues.
+ Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems or repair machines.
+ Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
+ Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
+ Install and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
+ Basic repair and maintenance of physical structure of the facility
+ Set up and operate basic machine tools.
+ Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
+ Fabricates and repairs counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures.
+ Must be able to read and interpret simple hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, structural blueprints.
+ Utilize SAP system for work order.
+ Monitor the efficiencies of boiler system.

Key Qualifications
+ Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
+ Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
+ Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Minimum of 1 year manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred experience.
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
+ Electrical license.
+ Have two or more years of electronic/electrical experience and/or on-the- job training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Requirements
+ **Physical Capability:** Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 35 pounds or more.
+ **Screening:** Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
+ **Reliability:** Consistent attendance and work performance.
+ **Safety Compliance:** Follow all safety policies and procedures

The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
