             Eaton’s IS AER MSD division is currently seeking a Composite Assembler I - 1st shift. The hours for this role are 6am-330pm The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 per hour. What you’ll do: Eaton Aerospace and Mission Systems Division is seeking a Composite Machine Operator for our Westminster, MD Facility. Their work directly supports the building and creation of hardware that enables: + Safety of our Warfighters + Firefighters and First responders to save lives + Aircraft to land + Rockets to launch + Satellites to Orbit the earth + Astronauts to perform research At Eaton Westminster, we are a leader in design, manufacturing, and testing of high precision aerospace components including filament wound pressure vessels and structures. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Composite Machine Operator** include the following: + Completing training and enacting all steps required to fabricate and assemble a composite pressure vessel. + Preparing/ completing set up of your machine. + Mixing and preparing chemicals and resins + Loading and unloading ovens + Meeting daily output requirements + Preforming proper checks and procedures to ensure quality product. Qualifications: Required: + Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience OR 1 year of military experience + US Citizen or Permanent Resident Preferred: + HS Diploma or Associates Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Technology + Assembly or Test experience in a manufacturing environment preferred + Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Cellular Manufacturing, One Piece Flow, and Continuous Improvement concepts + Experience with various types of industrial machinery equipment and tools such as lathe’s, curing ovens, thermal and/or life cycling machines, sanding and industrial painting tools, as well as standard hand tools are a plus.
