Established on a 14-acre campus, this 95,000-square-foot facility emphasizes health and well-being. As a Director of Healthcare Services with Fieldstone, you will:
+ Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring residents receive high-quality care and support.
+ Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote resident safety, well-being, and satisfaction.
+ Manage and coordinate the activities and services provided to residents, including personal care, meals, and recreational programs.
+ Supervise and support assisted living staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
+ Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to create personalized care plans and ensure residents' individual needs are met.
+ Monitor resident health and wellness, coordinating with healthcare providers to address medical needs promptly.
+ Communicate regularly with residents, families, and staff to foster a supportive and inclusive community environment.
**Open Shifts Available:** Enjoy a four-day workweek! You’ll work 10-hour shifts, rotating weekly between Monday–Thursday and Tuesday–Friday.
Qualifications:
+ Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Iowa, graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
+ Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a geriatric or long-term care setting.
+ knowledgeable of state and federal regulations, quality assurance, compliance, and clinical practices.
+ Strong supervisory and leadership skills to develop/supervise nursing personnel in a team environment.
+ Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and skilled in effective delegation.
