**What you will be doing:** You’ll be responsible for management of student records, accountability ,and data integrity in compliance and adherence to government and management directives.

Essential Functions:

1. Plan, coordinate and supervise the administrative, program auditing and student records systems activities of the department

2. Assist the finance & administration director in the preparation of the department budget, monitor and control expenditures, review and recommend changes to budget authorizations.

3. Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.

4. Monitor the quality and accuracy of student records by ensuring forms are completed in a timely and accurate manner, data is input or posted to files; maintain reports.

5. Audit student records to ensure compliance with regulations.

6. Coordinate clothing allowance issue, audit of student pay, government transportation and meal allowance administration.

7. Respond to student and staff inquiries regarding student records; ensure Privacy Act compliance; provide technical assistance on student records as necessary.

8. Occasionally requires physical exertion to manually life, move, pull, push, or carry materials or objects.

Education and Experience Requirements:

+ Associate’s degree and two (2) years of related experience required, one (1) of which should be supervisory.

+ Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.

+ Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
