Develops and leads shared resources group supporting integration and operational excellence through standard processes, toolsets, analysis, and benchmarks; integrates efforts across the Novant Health system; and builds effective team to deliver results and meet organization’s needs.Vice President Operational Planning & Innovation – Provides system leadership for strategic planning Vice President Program Management - Provides system leadership for program and project managementVice President Operational Design & Improvement - Provides system leadership for the operational improvement team.     + Education: Graduate Degree, required.

    + Experience: Minimum five years experience, required.
