Part-Time Days in the Nursing Float Pool – Expand Your Skills with a Supportive, Dynamic Team

Our Float Pool thrives on teamwork, compassion and connection. You’ll work across multiple units, building relationships with nurses and teams throughout the hospital while gaining valuable experience with diverse patient needs. Sign-on bonus available up to $1,250 for Part-Time Roles!

+ Schedule: 7am - 7pm, DAY Shift, Part-Time (Shift Differential for 2:30p-11p; + Float Pool Differential)

+ Department: Nursing Float Pool

+ Location: Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center - NH NHRMC

What We're Looking For

+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

+ Experience:

+ One year preferred.

+ One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.

+ Licensure/Certification:

+ Completion of NAI program, required.

+ Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.

+ Medication Safety - AME, required.

+ NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

+ Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation
