Citi's Investment Banking is looking for a Full Time Analyst to join the M&A Shareholder Advisory (SAS) Group in NAM. The Investment Banking group provides sector expertise and advisory solutions, including mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and other strategic financings to corporate and financial services clients.

Your time here will look something like this…

The SAS Group is a critical and growing part of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group focused on advising Citi’s global clients and their boards of directors on issues related to shareholder activism, takeover defense, contested M&A, corporate governance and investor dynamics. The SAS Full Time Analyst will work directly with senior leaders across M&A and industry coverage groups to generate novel and differentiated analytics to drive insights for clients around the implications of key corporate decisions, transactions and investor considerations. The SAS Full Time Analyst will be required to balance a broad set of deliverables ranging from live transaction execution to developing insightful and practical analytical models, and will therefore require strong time management and communication skills in combination with core investment banking and data science technical abilities.

*You are graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 and have a preferred GPA of 3.5 or above with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, economics, finance, statistics, or another quantitative field.

$80,000.00 - $115,000.00
