    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate haul truck to transport raw materials within the plant site safely and efficiently

    + Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

    + Assist with plant clean-up and general labor tasks as needed

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

    + Follow all safety protocols and company procedures consistently

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

    + Must meet company and regulatory requirements for equipment operation

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    Physical Demands of the Job

    + Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment

    + Frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing in outdoor and industrial settings

    + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

    + Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate machinery and perform inspections

    + Tolerance for exposure to dust, vibration, and varying terrain

    + Starting Pay $23.00 per hour DOE
