    Position Overview:

    The Inventory Control Lead will focus on managing appropriate inventory levels to meet the needs of internal customers and perform shipping/receiving/delivery of supply orders. This position will be located at the Pleasant Hill IL Warehouse. The Inventory Control Lead will coordinate and communicate daily with M&R Technicians, the Branch Manager, Farm Managers, the Truck Wash Manager, and Service Managers as needed or required.

    What You Will Do:

    + Support the development, layout, and implementation of inventory management systems; process and troubleshoot purchase orders through the invoicing stage.

    + Receive, stock, pick, and ship orders while maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular counts, documentation, and variance reconciliation.

    + Ensure parts are effectively organized, labeled, and stored to meet goals for inventory turns, value, and accuracy as set by management.

    + Communicate with Production, Construction, and Maintenance & Repair Planning teams to anticipate material needs, coordinate kitting projects, and deliver completed units to farms.

    + Align with the MN warehouse on deliveries, training, and shared functions; manage farm deliveries based on fume room availability.

    + Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist in developing and training backups to ensure continuity of operations.

    What You Offer Us:

    + High school diploma required. Previous lab or production experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

    + Basic computer and keyboarding skills with familiarity in Microsoft Office applications.

    + Forklift experience is an advantage; certification and training will be provided as needed.

    + Strong focus on accuracy, data analysis, and trend identification to support sound decision-making under deadlines.

    + Excellent internal customer service skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and adjust quickly to changing needs.

    + Motor Vehicle Requirements: Because this position may require operating a company vehicle, or mileage reimbursement, any offer for this position is contingent upon the review of your motor vehicle record (MVR). The MVR will be reviewed to determine insurability based on CF's insurance carrier and company policy.

    + The targeted base pay range for this role is $44,394.09 to $62,151.73 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills, and experience.
