    Are you known for your attention to detail, superb documentation skills, and enjoy collaborating with engineers? This may be the position for you! As a Project Coordinator III, you should have excellent time management and communication skills as you will collaborate with vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Your main responsibilities will be to coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information, break projects into actionable tasks and set timeframes, liaise with stakeholders to facilitate project execution and assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. You'll also ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve, help prepare budgets, analyze risks and opportunities, monitor project progress and address issues that arise via proper communication and escalation. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders, work with the Program Manager to remove road blocks, use tools to monitor and control performance, plans and expenditures and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and status reports.

    Responsibilities:

    + Daily flight operations coordination

    + Act as the intermediary between the Government customer, the Program Manager, and the SNC Flight Operations team

    + Plan flights that support Government customer requirements

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 6+ years of relevant experience

    + A higher level degree may substitute for experience

    + Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education

    + Fundamental MS Office Skills

    + Ability to manage time effectively

    + Demonstrated ownership of tasks, organization skills and attention to detail

    + Possess strong communication and client-facing, teamwork skills

    + Experience with manned and unmanned ISR Systems, aircraft, and inherent capabilities

    + Experience coordinating and planning ISR missions

    + Knowledge of associated technologies and communications requirements on current ISR platforms

    + Active top secret clearance is required

    Qualifications We Prefer:

    + Development of proposals to include administrative tasks as assigned

    + Data entry into PM Systems

    + Collaborating with internal Leadership, vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams, such as IPT leads, CAMs, Tech Leads and PA’s to ensure program activities will accomplish objectives

    + Conflict resolution especially those related to resource assignments

    + Monitoring project progress against baseline schedule and facilitating process improvement initiatives

    + Experience working within the SOF community and/or the Joint Special Operations Command
