Job Summary and Qualifications The Member Services Manager is responsible for accurate execution of membership responsibilities in coordination with HealthTrust Member Services team. Serves as a subject matter expert for all aspects of AdvantageTrust member services reinforcing the HealthTrust roster as the “source of truth”. Primary point of contact for systems, processes, and project management as it relates to maintaining the AdvantageTrust membership roster. Responsible for mentorship and training as it relates to member analyst and rostering. Drives efficiency through scalable thought and open communication within departments What you will do in this role: + Supports HealthTrust in the onboarding of IDNs specific to the non-acute space. + Coordinates and executes efficient and effective processes to streamline workflows + Leads use of Definitive data to identify membership opportunities in demographics and overall rostering. + Support membership rostering processes in efficiency and maintenance + Ensures that member results in revenue based on accuracy of member demographics and alignment to HealthTrust roster + Coordinates with analysts to ensure accuracy and prioritization levels + Supports timely execution of onboarding membership from enrollment to GPO ID through internal and communication + Update and maintain membership changes within the membership system. + Accurately reflect member groups, to include all bill-to and ship-to locations. Corroborates through multiple sources. + Knowledgeable of rules, protocols, processes surrounding member alignment. + Maximizes full member value during onboarding with portfolio knowledge based on COT, specialty, and distributor along with priority level of risk or opportunity. + Support maintenance of membership roster and internal systems by executing based upon the results of the auditing process + Ensures individual membership accuracy and match between HealthTrust HOME and AdvantageTrust CRM through change process management. + Assist in member support ticket triage to ensure efficient response to all stakeholder inquiries. + Open communication within and across department/s to recognize risk in relationships, partnerships, and the business. + Performs other duties as assigned. What qualifications you will need: + High School Graduate/Equivalent - Required + Bachelor's degree – Preferred + 5+ years of experience in member support analyst role or equivalent experience - Required + 3+ years of experience in data comparison, gap resolution – Preferred + Excellent communication (verbal and written) required + Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel + Efficient project management skills to meet stringent deadlines + Excellent interpersonal skills to manage and communicate with staff at various levels across the organization + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required In today's challenging business environment of cost pressures, supply disruptions, and workforce shortages, it is crucial for providers to efficiently manage expenses and enhance performance.
