Columbia Memorial Hospital is seeking a Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join our Urgent Care team on the Northern Oregon Coast. Our role provides the opportunity to redefine urgent care in the PNW while collaborating with primary care, pediatrics and emergency care.
CMH Urgent Care Clinics care for nearly 20,000 patients annually with seasonal increases during the summer months. As an Urgent Care provider at CMH you will manage patients of all ages and a standard variety of acute conditions with an emphasis on low risk. Our flexible shift-based scheduling and reasonable clinical volumes allow for an excellent work life balance.
Required Qualifications
+ Nurse Practitioner Requirements:
+ Current Nurse Practitioner license for the State of Oregon at the time of hire.
+ State of Oregon Nurse Practitioner Prescriptive privileges.
+ Physician Associate Requirements:
+ PA-C certification from an accredited program.
+ Certified as a Physician Associate for the State of Oregon at the time of hire.
+ Two years of clinical provider experience, preferred.
+ ACLS or BLS required through the American Heart Association.
+ Must be successfully credentialed by the CMH Professional Staff.
+ Must be able to exercise sound clinical and independent judgments in all age groups.
Compensation and Benefits
+ Based salary compensation model with a salary range of $130,000 - $185,000.
+ Annual quality incentives.
+ Hiring incentives including $20,000 commencement bonus and relocation.
+ Annual CME stipend.
