    The Global Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) Senior Financial Analyst is a key contributor to the Membership Services team within USCS Finance LFO. The SFA will be responsible for delivering strategic financial insights into TLS Sales and Revenue performance. This role will also own the end-to-end management of our International TLS business, including P&L, analytical insights into TLS customer behaviors, and financial support for new business opportunities.

     

    The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, clear and concise communication, and comfort with ambiguity. The candidate must be able to work across multiple business units, markets and finance teams as TLS is a key value prop on core premium products.

     

    **Responsibilities** :

    + Responsible for Global TLS Month End reporting and ad hoc results analysis

    + Responsible for financial management and planning of Int’l TLS Sales and Revenue, which spans across products, BUs, and markets

    + Build financial modeling to support new business opportunities

    + Lead deep, data-driven analytical efforts to support strategic decisions and uncover customer trends

    + Build strong, trusting relationships with key business partners that encourage open and direct communication

    + Ability to connect the dots between TLS and AXP, Premium Products, Industry trends

    + Drive financial rigor for P&L management and evaluating new opportunities

    **Minimum Qualifications** :

    + Bachelor’s degree in finance or business-related field

    + 2 years of work experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + MBA or CPA equivalent

    + Strong excel and PPT skills required, TM1 and SQL knowledge preferred

    + Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

    + Strong understanding of AXP card products and value propositions

    + Understanding of macroeconomic trends and industry travel dynamics

    + Ability to build, drive and leverage relationships across the organization

    + Proven ability to drive results under strict deadlines

    + Goal-oriented, self-starter, proactive, intellectual curiosity

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits
