    We are seeking a Product Analyst – Data Products & Automation to join our team overseeing the company’s primary loan management system and developing enterprise automation solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual in Industrial or Systems Engineering or a related STEM field who is eager to apply analytical thinking, process design, and technology skills to real-world business problems.

     

    You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and analysts to design and enhance digital systems that streamline lending operations, improve customer experiences, and drive business performance. The role provides broad exposure to both branch and centralized operations, collaborating closely with teams across product management, analytics, and process automation in a dynamic and growing financial services environment. Responsibilities are as follows:

     

    + Support the design and enhancement of loan servicing and automation systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and customer experience goals.

    + Lead analytical discovery and operational/financial modeling efforts to develop strategies that balance operational improvements, risk, and delivery timelines—serving as a key thought partner in the core operations of our automation journey.

    + Automation and ownership of key consumer loan calculations, becoming SME in loan system design and fundamentals

    + Translate complex business processes into data-driven requirements, user stories, and workflow documentation.

    + Analyze operational and system data to see opportunities for process optimization and automation.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations) to test, refine, and deploy new product features and automations.

    + Participate in requirements gathering, UAT testing, and release validation for system enhancements.

    + Create and maintain dashboards, process metrics, and reports that monitor system and automation performance. Contribute to a “test and learn” culture by designing experiments, analyzing outcomes, and sharing insights to guide product decisions.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in a STEM major is required, advanced degree is preferred.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement

    + Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other analytical tools

    + Ability to document workflows, define requirements, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

    + Curiosity about how technology, automation, and analytics can improve business outcomes

    + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
