How will you make an impact in this role? + Work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, potential risks, or non-compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, and supervisory expectations. + Maintain reporting tools using Tableau and Python and develop dashboards to communicate conduct risk trends and themes to senior management, risk committees, and the Board. + Develop and maintain conduct risk metrics and other key indicators used for monitoring and assessment across the company. + Participate in control testing to assess effectiveness and policy adherence. + Manage and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, escalating risks to delivery where appropriate. + Support implementation and maintenance of enterprise conduct risk frameworks, including risk assessments and issue management + Monitor, assess, and manage risks arising from organizational, regulatory, or environmental changes to ensure compliance with laws and supervisory expectations. Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in Statistics, Math, Risk Management, Finance, or related field preferred. + At least 2 years of experience in conduct risk management, or a related risk discipline, within the financial services industry. + Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and data analytics (e.g., Python). + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; capable of synthesizing complex datasets into actionable insights with minimal oversight. + Demonstrates innovative thinking, analytical rigor, and the ability to deliver results. + Understanding of internal control frameworks and regulatory expectations for conduct risk. + Proven ability to challenge constructively and communicate clearly and logically across all organizational levels. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + High degree of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information. Preferred Qualifications: + Advanced project management skills. + Experience developing and maintaining conduct or other risk metrics. Qualifications Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
