    Staffing Supervisor

    **Location:** Jefferson City, MO

    What You’ll Do as a Staffing Supervisor

     

    As a key member of the Elara Caring team, you’ll ensure our patients receive consistent, timely, and high-quality care by managing and coordinating staff schedules.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Schedule homemaking, personal care, and home health aide services in a timely and efficient manner

    + Manage client cases without an attendant (CWA) and ensure compliance with Elara Caring protocols

    + Communicate regularly with clients and document all touchpoints in Arrow

    + Submit and track all regulatory and compliance documentation (e.g., 2067 forms, new hire tracking, etc.)

    + Update attendant availability and maintain accurate scheduling records

    + Conduct or coordinate verbal orientations (if qualified)

    + Support staffing coverage for planned and unplanned absences

    + Collaborate with care teams to ensure the highest standard of service delivery

    + Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

    What You’ll Bring to the Team

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

    + 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office, scheduling, or dispatching role (preferred)

    + Compassion and understanding of the needs of elderly or disabled individuals

    + Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws
