The Team
We are seeking a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to join American Tower’s Human Resources (“HR”) team, which partners across the organization to align HR initiatives with business goals. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to employees at all levels, delivering exceptional HR support to foster best-in-class employee experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to influence business outcomes, champion employee engagement, and lead transformative HR initiatives across business units.
What You Need to Succeed
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
+ A minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience required, including employee relations, talent management, and training.
+ Experience supporting employees located in multiple locations preferred.
+ Approximately 20% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.
+ Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across functions.
+ Strong business acumen, learning agility, and a track record of driving results through HR strategies.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
+ Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
+ Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
American Tower is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, certifications, job level, and location. For U.S.-based candidates only, the base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 annually, with eligibility for annual bonus, and annual equity award and participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). For candidates outside of the U.S., salary and benefits are based upon local market practice.

What You Can Offer Us
+ Assist with developing strategic HR programs that will engage, develop, and retain employees.
+ Coach managers on performance, change management, and employee relations while effectively mitigating risks.
+ Resolve complex employee relations issues in a balanced, fair, and objective manner, using appropriate counseling, investigative, intervention, and mediation techniques.
+ Partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team to attract and assess talent and ensure recruiting processes are on target.
+ Champion talent acceleration to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.
+ Facilitate training programs focused on management skill building, employee development, and HR process and program instruction.
+ Partner with leaders to build upon their talent strategies, including succession planning, development, and performance management.
+ Lead the annual performance review process; partner with managers to ensure clear and consistent feedback on performance and maximize our rewards strategy.
+ Leverage HR analytics and workforce metrics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
+ Lead or advise on organizational design, restructuring, and change management efforts to support evolving business needs.
+ Drive culture-building initiatives, employee engagement strategies, and inclusion efforts that foster a high-performing and inclusive workplace.
+ Other duties as assigned.
